Proud to have contributed to the London Violence Reduction Unit and nurtureuk Nurturing London VRU Programme — supporting schools across 13 boroughs to develop nurturing, trauma-informed and relational approaches to inclusion, wellbeing and violence reduction. Later explored in the International Journal of Nurture in Education, in Andrea Middleton's paper on reducing school exclusions through nurture practice.
